  • Medical Insurance
    IPsoft employees and their dependents are offered a choice of an EPO or PPO medical insurance plans through Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

  • Dental Insurance
    Employees and their dependents are offered a nationwide PPO plan through Guardian Insurance.
  • Vision Insurance
    Employees and their dependents are offered a nationwide vision plan through Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
  • Short-term/Long-term Disability Insurance
    Short and long-term disability insurance benefits provide income in the event an employee is disabled and unable to work.

    Employees are covered under a group insurance plan and may purchase additional coverage.
  • 401(k)
    Employees are eligible to contribute up to 50% of their annual salaries (subject to IRS limits) into IPsoft’s 401(k) plan. IPsoft matches 100% of the first 6% of pay employees contribute. You are vested immediately.
  • Monthly Incentive Plans
    Selected positions are eligible for monthly bonuses, based entirely on merit.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts/Pre-Tax Benefits
    Employees are given the option to set aside a percentage of their incomes on a pre-tax basis for health care, dependent care and transportation.

    IPsoft provides reimbursement to employees who successfully obtain certifications directly related to their positions.

    IPsoft’s e-learning portal provides an overview of all things IPsoft. The courses are self-paced and available anywhere with an internet connection.
