Why did you choose IPsoft?
I worked previously at a very small company, and although I liked feeling very involved with the company and more than just a cog in a giant machine, IPsoft is large enough that I can get all those things, but still feels small enough that I don’t think I’m a nameless resource. I have opportunities to advance myself and my career, and I enjoy being surrounded by other geeks.

What do you like most about the culture at IPsoft?
Everyone at IPsoft works hard and plays hard. Nobody scoffs at putting in extra time or effort to get the job done. And everything is a team effort. Any time I feel overwhelmed with an issue, I know there is someone who can help.
