In April, IPsoft presented seminars and demonstrations at the London Service Desk & IT Support Show. The event, which attracted about 4,000 visitors from organizations across the UK, reflected the high level of interest in optimizing IT service management.

Two IPsoft executives spoke at the show. IPsoft President and CEO Chetan Dube spoke about “Autonomics and Self-Managing Systems,” sharing IPsoft’s vision that the IT infrastructure of tomorrow will be managed not by people but by expert systems.

IPsoft’s UK Managing Director Terry Walby spoke about “Delivering a Step Change in ITSM,” using the human immune system as a metaphor to illustrate how IPsoft’s autonomic systems can detect, diagnose, cure, escalate and learn.
