New York, NY – IPsoft is pleased to announce that Jonathan Crane has been named Chief Commercial Officer.
In this capacity, Crane will oversee IPsoft's overall growth strategies. He will focus on a number of key areas, including distribution planning and partnership alliances, to strengthen growth and market positioning. Crane will also be involved in the product management and innovative marketing of such offerings as IPcloud and IPsoft’s Platform service.
A communications industry leader for more than 35 years, Crane has held numerous executive positions in corporations such as ROLM, Savvis, Lightstream, Marcam Solutions and MCI. Crane was one of the key architects of the early success of MCI, and was brought back to lead the troubled Worldcom out of bankruptcy. As the Chief Strategy Officer, he orchestrated the acquisitions of key strategic assets. Most recently, Crane was the Chairman of the Board and President of Savvis.
