AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS – IPsoft has assumed responsibility for the management of all crucial ICT-infrastructure of Royal BAM Group nv, a successful pan-European construction company.
Operating from remote locations and using its proprietary autonomics-based expert systems, IPsoft now helps to keep BAM Group’s Exchange environment (i.e. servers, applications and other components) running smoothly. Monitoring and event management of BAM ICT infrastructure, as well as database management functions, have largely been taken over by IPsoft’s autonomic systems. BAM decided to outsource these ICT management activities in order to use resources available within the company more efficiently and to realize greater synergies between various parts of its organization.
