IPsoft’s Information Security & Regulatory Compliance Group (InfoSec) handles regulatory compliance and security globally for IPsoft and our clients.  Our engineers and automation protect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data and systems through a combination of policies, processes and technologies. We perform audits, vulnerability and risk assessments on a continuing basis. The standards used are ISO 27001, RAFT, CobIT, OCTAVE and SAS70/SSAE 16.

Our automation and monitoring system addresses most first level and second level escalations through a combination of adaptive checks, configuration lookup in our integrated configuration management database and triage autonomics. IPsoft operates a dedicated Security Operations Center to oversee global operations and investigate potential and actual threats on monitored, managed and/or operated applications, systems, storage, optimization and internetworking devices.

Technologies include firewalls, virtual private networks (“VPNs”), intrusion avoidance systems, proxy servers, application filters/defenders, anomaly detectors, event correlators, loggers, vulnerability scanners, forensic tools and mitigation/remediation solutions.
