Medical Insurance
Employees and their dependants are offered EPO and PPO nationwide plans. Eligibility begins first of the month following date of hire.

Dental Insurance
Employees and their dependents are offered a nationwide PPO plan with no provider restrictions. Eligibility begins first of the month following date of hire.

Vision Care
Employees and their dependents are offered a nationwide PPO vision plan. Eligibility begins first of the month following date of hire.

Life Insurance
Employees are covered under a group insurance plan that provides 1x annual salary up to $150,000 of Life Insurance coverage. Employees may purchase additional coverage up to $1,000,000.

AD&D
Employees are covered under an Accidental Death and Dismemberment plan that provides coverage up to 1x annual salary up to $150,000.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Short term disability insurance provides 60% of salary for up to 180 days if an employee is disabled and unable to work.

Long Term Disability Insurance
Long term disability insurance provides income for long-term disabilities. After 180 days of disability this coverage will provide 60% of salary of pre-disability earnings up to certain limits depending on class.

401(k)
Upon completion of 3 full months of service employees are eligible to contribute up to 50% of their annual salary (subject to IRS limits) into IPsoft's 401(k) plan. IPsoft matches 100% of the first 6% of pay you contribute.

Health Care
Set aside a percentage of your income on a pre-tax basis to pay for healthcare expenses not paid for by health care plans (copayments, deductibles, prescription drugs).

Dependent Care

Set aside a percentage of your income on a pre-tax basis for expenses for care of your children, elderly relatives or other eligible dependents.

Transportation
Set aside a percentage of your income on a pre-tax basis to pay for costs associated transportation related to work commute.

Paid Time Off
