Time Inc. selects IPsoft for online development services

NEW YORK, NY (March 17, 2009)

IPsoft today announced a continued relationship with Time Inc., the country’s largest magazine publisher.

Since 2006, IPsoft has provided Time Inc. with online development services. Time Inc.’s web sites attract more than 27 million unique visitors and nearly 2 billion page views each month – and the company’s web sites rank as one of the 20 largest online media properties, according to a 2008 Nielsen Online analysis.

IPsoft’s Java developers are architecting some of Time. Inc’s sites, building content management systems and software for editorial use. The goal is to create user-friendly platforms, so editors can focus on content, not the technical aspects of online publishing.

Among other sites, IPsoft’s developers are working on RealSimple.com, AllYou.com, Sunset.com, CookingLight.com, CoastalLiving.com and SouthernAccents.com – vastly diverse brands. IPsoft’s developers recognize each magazine’s separate identity and are customizing the sites accordingly. Previous content was migrated and converted into the new platforms.
