Cain Brothers selects IPsoft for managed services

Cain Brothers, the investment banking and strategic advisory firm, has renewed its contract with IPsoft for managed services.

IPsoft is managing Cain Brothers’ database, storage, network and desktop support and systems environments. Among other things, IPsoft is:

·    Providing 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and help desk support
·    Managing and coordinating new installations and deployments
·    Providing weekly reports documenting all changes made during the previous week
·    Providing monthly reports documenting tickets, issues, requests and monthly performance metrics
·    Supporting applications and systems such as Microsoft Office, Unified Messaging, Adobe Acrobat and BlackBerry
·    Improving the alert response time, validation and escalation of alerts within Cain Brothers’ environment
·    Improving efficiencies across Cain Brothers’ entire environment by using optimized support and service delivery processes
