IPsoft establishes a presence in Austin

NEW YORK, NY (June 22, 2009)

IPsoft Incorporated today announced that it has established a presence in Austin, TX. .

Austin, known to some as “Silicon Hills,” is a leading center of the technology industry. Home to a major university and a diverse talent pool, the Texan capital is a natural choice for IPsoft’s latest regional expansion..

“With many of IPsoft’s strategic business partners and customers in and around Austin, we will be positioned well to provide a higher level of customer service and interaction,” says United Communications Operations Manager Matt Saunders, who is heading up IPsoft’s efforts in Austin.

Consisting of network engineers, IP telephony engineers and service delivery managers, the Austin staff is primarily serving the client base IPsoft supports through its Cisco Remote Operations partnership.

The Austin staff members are currently working onsite at Cisco’s headquarters. IPsoft is actively seeking an office in Austin. The office location should be determined by the end of the year.
