Inforsacom and IPsoft GmbH today announced that Inforsacom will be selling IPsoft managed services, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Process Management (BPM) services, to the German market.

IPsoft and Inforsacom worked together to create MSS 2.0, a joint service offering designed to address managed services requirements for German businesses.  MSS 2.0 combines remote management capabilities with a standardized, ITIL v3-based service delivery process and highly automated service management processes.
