Built on the Cisco AVVID network infrastructure, IPsoft’s IP Telephony (IPT) solution provides high-quality, fully integrated communications by allowing data and real-time traffic – including voice and video - to be transmitted over a single network infrastructure.

As with any networking solution, network management is key to achieving high performance and optimal return on investment. Years of MSP experience affords IPsoft the capability to provide industry-leading Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for System Availability and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). How do we do it?
  • Tools: CiscoWorks2000, third party tools, and IPsoft's proprietary IPmon and VMS - to proactively monitor all aspects of IP telephony management (FCAPS).
  • M&Ps: Our rigorous Methods and Procedures integrate the tools with a robust fault management process to ensure that we meet our MTTR SLO.
  • Architecture of the Management Solution: We architect the management network (access to voice servers, SRST routers and Catalyst switches; backup access; engineer network so that management traffic does not impact customer traffic; integrate the design with our central NMC) and the processes (interface with the customer; Tiered escalation; clearly defined roles and responsibilities) for high system availability.
  • AVVID certified experts: IPT experts ensure fault detection, isolation and fix in the quickest possible time.
