In Switzerland, T-Systems is increasingly focused on automation and has confirmed a close partnership with IPsoft. Automation technology is playing an increasingly important role in intelligent IT infrastructures. Especially in the IT field, company goals involve increasing efficiency, minimizing fault rates and optimizing processes.

Automation software based on artificial intelligence
IPsoft brings a latest-generation automation environment into its partnership with T-Systems. The tool being used is based on expert systems of artificial intelligence. It enables, for example, more extensive, manual processes to be combined and automated. This makes operations more stable, meaning that customers experience less failures. This improves the speed and quality of operational processes, increases scalability and results in higher customer satisfaction.

Through the continuous monitoring of business processes and applications, automation ensures the permanent availability of the necessary IT infrastructure for all requirements. “IPsoft integrates optimally into T-Systems’ processes and quality standards, with the aim of ensuring high-quality operations and eliminating human errors from the process.
