In a week at Gartner Symposium ITxpo, Barcelona, from November 5th to 9th, 2017, IPsoft displayed why it is the leader for enterprise artificial intelligence. The industry-leading cognitive virtual agent, Amelia, was highlighted throughout the week. CEO Chetan Dube made a big splash at the beginning of the week by debuting IPsoft’s newest product offering, 1Desk. Explained as a fully automated unified enterprise services platform, 1Desk is the first business platform that combines the intelligence of a cognitive virtual agent with the efficiency of an autonomic backbone to deliver speed and intelligence to IT and business users alike.
