LONDON, November 27, 2018 — IPsoft, the leader in Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), cognitive and autonomic solutions, has announced the appointment of Jeff Heenan-Jalil as CEO of Europe.
Based in London, Heenan-Jalil will grow European operations by expanding IPsoft´s Channel Partner Programme with the next generation of cloud-based Enterprise automation software, the company’s conversational interface, Amelia, and the market’s only end-to-end automation platform, 1Desk.

Heenan-Jalil joins from Wipro. During his tenure, he was Head of the global Health Division, and Head of the Analytics and European business.
