When discussing Artificial Intelligence (AI), you find that people generally fall into two camps: the optimists and the pessimists. The optimists believe that they’ll install AI software and it will immediately reduce expenses by 99%. The pessimists believe that AI will never work the way they imagined.
The truth is somewhere in the middle. AI can reduce expenses dramatically but it will not come overnight. Conversely, AI works best when it has been trained properly, so there will be some start-up labor and operational costs involved as you ramp up.
One of the leaders behind the IPsoft Partnership Program is Jamey Hancock, an executive with a deep background in technology who has been with our company for more than 11 years. Jamey has a new op-ed in the AI Time Journal that touches on why companies should be excited, ready and realistic about what an AI deployment can mean for their businesses.
Be sure to read his op-ed, and if you’re interested in hearing more from Jamey, check out his previous blog posts, as well as a Q&A about his background in the tech industry. For more information on the IPsoft Partner Program, click here.
