At this year’s Digital Workforce Summit (DWS), IPsoft’s Chief Commercial Officer Jonathan Crane moderated a panel discussion with several enterprise leaders about how modern digital technologies open the door for new ways of doing business — from the back to the front office.
The panel on AI and Business Excellence featured leading AI pioneers who reflected on the challenges their companies have faced on their Artificial Intelligence (AI) journeys, the strategies used to overcome them and what the future holds. The discussion included insights from Shridhar Karale (VP, Strategy, Innovation and Business Process Excellence, Becton Dickinson), Jennifer Hewit (User Experience Strategy, Bank of America), Bhupesh Trivedi (Application Delivery Director, AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company) and James Bell (General Manager, Integrated Global Services, Long View Systems).
These AI pioneers are already years into their AI journeys. They provided valuable insight to the audience of some 600 business decision makers about the ways that AI technologies impact a company’s operations, culture and expectations for future growth. The discussion touched on ways to manage worker transitions in the age of AI, as well as ways to “manage up” and attain executive buy-in.
